Quark Protein Buns

Enjoy these high-protein buns with breakfast or as a quick snack on the go! Recipes makes 6-7 buns.

โข 250g spelt flour
โข 250g Quark or Low Fat Greek Yogurt
โข 1 egg
โข 8g baking soda
โข 1/2 tsp salt
โข 1/2 tbsp honey
๐ฃ๐ฅ๐๐ฃ๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐๐ข๐ก
Preheat oven to 200C. Combine all ingredients and mix until batter is well-blended. Form batter into small mounds on an oven tray with baking sheet, and sprinkle with your favorite seeds. Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
