Quark Protein Buns

Enjoy these high-protein buns with breakfast or as a quick snack on the go! Recipes makes 6-7 buns.

โ€ข 250g spelt flour

โ€ข 250g Quark or Low Fat Greek Yogurt

โ€ข 1 egg

โ€ข 8g baking soda

โ€ข 1/2 tsp salt

โ€ข 1/2 tbsp honey


๐—ฃ๐—ฅ๐—˜๐—ฃ๐—”๐—ฅ๐—”๐—ง๐—œ๐—ข๐—ก


Preheat oven to 200C. Combine all ingredients and mix until batter is well-blended. Form batter into small mounds on an oven tray with baking sheet, and sprinkle with your favorite seeds. Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
