This dissatisfaction with my performance pushed me towards studying the various facets of sports nutrition, its components and the best timing for meals. By committing and using this holistic approach, I managed to tap into the best performances of my career by the age of 35.

When you have finished your homework, I will be able to do my homework and get to know you! We will then have our first meeting over skype, Zoom or if you live in Central Switzerland, we can meet in person.

After our initial call or meeting, I will prepare your personalized nutrition plan according to your macronutrients and caloric needs. I will then guide you through implementing the plan and your journey to optimized nutrition and performance begins.

CHECK IN WITH ME

This is your chance to ask me questions and get additional advice. It also helps me monitor your progress and give you feedback on your nutrition habits. Check-ins will be conducted by text messages with two standard check-ins weekly.
