โข 500 grams large shrimp, peeled and deveined
โข 2 cups brown rice
โข 2 cloves garlic, minced
โข 2 cups broccoli florets (500 g)
โข ยฝ onion, diced
โข 1 tablespoon soy sauce
โข 2 tablespoons sesame oil, divided
โข ยฝ teaspoon salt

Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large, skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and season with ยผ teaspoon of the salt. Fry for a minute on each side. Remove the shrimp from the pan and add remaining tablespoon of sesame oil.
Toss in the onion and remaining ยผ teaspoon of salt, sautรฉing for a few minutes until soft. Add in the broccoli, minced garlic and soy sauce. Sautรฉ for 30 seconds until garlic is fragrant. Toss the shrimp back into the pan and mix to coat the shrimp for about 1 minute. On the side, cook the rice separately and then serve your shrimp and broccoli mixture on a bed of rice. Enjoy!
